The facade of the exhibition complex is a contemporary interpretation of this image, resembling a digital fabric that ripples in the light breeze. Dynamics of the facade are achieved due to metal pipes attached to the shell, smooth dynamic forms, and RGB lighting, creating video mapping and adapting to events’ themes.
The minimalist interiors convey a sense of preciousness without veering into gaudy opulence while evoking sensuality and comfort. The atrium is a buffer zone — a free space with natural volumes, curved lines and swirling circulation zones bathed in sunlight.
The hotel for 200 rooms is located on the right side of the highway. The massing is formed in such a way that the floors are staggered over each other. This solution allows the formation of atrium spaces overlooking the water.
Retail pavilions resemble sand hills emerging from the landscape. An observation deck, resembling a dune, overlooks the water and provides unique views of the complex.
