Responsibilities:
Architectural visualization of interiors and exteriors of residential and public buildings, landscaping in 3ds Max and Corona Render.
Post-processing in Adobe Photoshop.
Lead a single project while contributing to other projects concurrently.
Collaborate with modelers and other artists to create and enhance content.
Mentor junior artists as needed.
Conditions:

Experience utilizing AI tools to accelerate the generation of visual concepts, enhance image quality, and automate repetitive tasks.

Lead Architect
Responsibilities:
Work under the supervision of the project's lead architect
Development/execution of albums of PCO, AGR, design documentation; working documentation: execution of architectural, masonry, etc. drawings, preparation of specifications, bills of materials, development of assemblies.
Interaction with specialists of related departments, designers, preparation of technical specifications.
Processing of comments from the state and
non-governmental expertise.
Building model construction in Revit.
Interaction with suppliers of materials and equipment;
Participation in the author's supervision of the object, working out solutions to remove comments from the construction site.
Conditions:
Higher architectural education;
Experience in the development of project documentation (from 2 years);

Junior lawyer
Responsibilities:
Preparation, analysis, and review of contracts with counterparties related to the company's core business activities.
Drafting statements of disagreement (protocols of disagreements) for draft contracts.
Preparing legal opinions on issues arising in the course of the company's operations.
Drafting claims, responses to claims, and other formal demands to third parties and government authorities; preparing supporting evidence.
Monitoring document flow for projects.

Conditions:
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry or at an architecture firm.
Bachelor's degree in Law, with a focus on Civil Law.
