Planning of workload and formation of the project team together with the heads of bureaus

Interaction with the client on all issues related to design; conducting negotiations
Comprehensive project management (ensuring that decisions made in the course of project implementation are in line with project objectives)
Development of project plans and schedules, internal project reporting and client reporting
Business correspondence within the project
Organization of work with sub-projectors
Project change management, analyzing the impact of changes on project results
Maintaining the project register, keeping primary documentation on the project
Preparation of tender documentation for participation in tenders, tenders for design projects

Architect
Responsibilities:
Development of commercial interiors: public interiors, offices (test fits, interior concepts, selection of furniture and materials, working design, project management in a team)
Maintaining author's supervision over the project realization

Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Working in a team with the project manager.
Preparation of tender documentation for participation in competitions, tenders for design.
Supporting the preparation of design contracts using ready-made templates.
Developing of project plans and schedules, protocols, maintenance of project reporting for clients.
Business correspondence within the framework of the project, document management.
Assistance in organizing the work of sub-designers, document flow under contracts with sub-designers.
Maintaining primary documentation on the project.
Maintaining project register, internal reporting on projects.
Conditions:
Proficient PC user (MS Office, MS Project);
Knowledge of English: upper intermediate;
Ability to work independently and in a team;

Responsibilities:
Development of landscape design concepts for residential and public areas.
Collaboration and liaison with related disciplines (engineers, architects, planners).
Sourcing and selection of materials and equipment.

Implementation of author's supervision.
Conditions:
Degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or Architecture.
1-2 years of professional experience in landscape design.
Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; experience with D5 Render is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Development of digital 3D models in strict accordance with the technical requirements and regulations of the Moscow Architectural Council.
Creation of low-poly (Low Poly) models of buildings and structures for integration into consolidated urban development plans.
Construction of high-poly (Hi Poly) models of facades and building details with high-resolution textures, materials, and geometry.
Modeling of landscape and urban improvement elements: small architectural forms (SAF), canopies, amphitheaters, paving, retaining walls, and sports facilities, considering scale and real-world technical specifications.
Creation of a diverse range of vegetation models.
Adaptation of models to meet the requirements of the State Information Systems (SIS).
Conditions:
Proficiency in one of the major 3D software packages (3ds Max, Maya, Blender).
Experience working with Unreal Engine, including its Virtual Texture (VT) pool.
Texturing skills, including creating texture atlases across multiple UDIMs, knowledge of various map types, and proficient baking in Substance Painter / Marmoset.
Ability to read architectural drawings and survey data, and to create accurate models of buildings and site elements.

Coordinating and presenting architectural solutions to the Chief Architect.
Monitoring deadlines and the quality of issued working and design documentation.
Participating in the approval of design solutions before state expert examination authorities and other relevant organizations.

Conditions:
Higher education in Architecture.
Experience working on multi-story residential construction projects (mandatory).
