Education – higher technical (construction, engineering);

Work experience – at least 5 years in this position;

Knowledge of project management standards, design principles;

Proficient PC user (MS Office, MS Project);

Knowledge of AutoCad, MagiCad; Revit is welcome;

High level of self-organization, independence and responsibility in work, competent oral and written speech;

Knowledge of modern construction and engineering technologies, norms, SP, GOST, methodical and regulatory materials in the field of engineering systems;

Knowledge of the project development algorithm. Experience of independent obtaining of technical specifications, permits, approvals and passing expert examination is welcome;

Experience of independent implementation of large commercial real estate projects: shopping malls, office centers, residential and administrative buildings is desirable;

Experience in managing several objects at the same time;
