Urban spaces filled with lush greenery unite the neighborhood into a single area with a diverse landscape.

The green promenade of the waterfront frames the residential development and forms a route of private and semi-private open urban spaces. Social interaction is enhanced by the green framework, a multifunctional public area. The framework connects the eastern part of the development to the water with a system of green corridors and boulevards.

The project proposes a system of blocks of medium height — it forms a form that will give the opportunity to diversify daily walks and create unique for each block plazas and open spaces. Inside the blocks, quiet private courtyards with active landscaping for quiet relaxation and various recreational areas: both sports and areas for children are organized.

A distinctive feature of the residential complex will be high-rise dominants — visual gates that let the landscape inside the courtyards. They mark out the territory and serve not only as navigational landmarks, but also create a conditional gateway along the main green corridor. The towers offer a panoramic view of the river.
