The facade concept supports this approach. The lower part continues the idea of human-scale interaction through a square grid, dense detailing, and a warm colour palette. This ensures the integration of the complex into the residential neighbourhood structure.

The upper level is made of glass with vertical lamellas. The elongated proportions and lightweight plasticity create a slender silhouette and visually reduce the scale of the buildings.

The project will bring together office buildings, multifunctional areas on the ground floors, and underground parking. It also includes pedestrian routes, terraces, and a retail gallery. The complex will feature a food court, recreational zones, and retail spaces with direct access to the pedestrian boulevard.
