The facade solution embodies modern architecture, with vertical wooden slats forming a “veil” that changes the pattern of the facade depending on the angle of view. Traditionalism is represented in the choice of materials, in particular, burnt wood, which has been used in Japan since the 18th century.

The complex provides several variants of rooms with terraces and detached houses, as well as a spa with baths and an outdoor pool, a restaurant, and a conference center.
