The architectural concept is rooted in the ideas of the Russian avant-garde. We drew inspiration from the geometry and compositional principles of Kazimir Malevich’s Suprematism and the abstract, dynamic constructions of Vasily Kandinsky.
For us, it was important to translate the aesthetics of art into architecture not as a mere quotation, but as a guiding principle: functionality, clear forms, bold proportions, and thoughtful use of light.
The ground floor of the complex opens toward the city and features panoramic glazing. This design creates a transparent urban front and integrates public functions. The upper floors are clad with solid glazing in a cool gray-blue tint with energy-saving coating. This solution reduces overheating and ensures comfort for occupants.
The façade volumes are offset, forming a dynamic composition that unfolds when viewed in motion. At night, the building engages with the cityscape through architectural lighting that accentuates the geometry of its planes.
The internal layout of the complex is organized around flexible office floors that allow for zoning. The lower levels are enriched with public functions, while the upper floors offer workspace with panoramic views.
