The project envisages minimizing traffic to create an environmentally friendly urban environment. The section along the embankment will be pedestrianized, with the possibility of limited movement for special vehicles, which will increase the comfort and accessibility of the zone for citizens and tourists.

Special attention is paid to preserving the natural landscape and creating synergy between architecture and the surrounding nature. In the zone of the central embankment a harmonious combination of functional pavilions, designed in industrial style, with green areas is envisaged. Architectural solutions emphasize the uniqueness of the area, balancing between the city and the natural environment.

In addition, the lighting concept will be an important part of the project: light installations and illumination will create a unique atmosphere reflecting the industrial look of the city. The project also takes environmental aspects into account, offering solutions to preserve biodiversity and improve water quality.
