About the project
Six buildings, a single site, smooth traffic flow
The master plan integrates the passenger terminal, cargo terminal, administrative offices, hotel, railway station, and control center into a single system. Each type of passenger traffic—private cars, taxis, public transportation, rail, and VIP—follows its own route without any intersections.

Traffic flow on the site
The layout distinguishes five categories of passengers: public transportation (Drop-off A, Parking Area PA), private vehicles (short-term parking P4 and P5, 120 parking spaces each), taxis and car-sharing (drop-off + parking, 50 parking spaces), VIP (dedicated entrance and drop-off area), and long-term parking (covered two-level P3, 200 parking spaces). The P6 staff parking lot, with 160 parking spaces, is separated from the cargo yard.


Logic of the Terminal
The building is divided into two sections, allowing for the complete separation of international and domestic flight traffic. Vertically: 1st floor—check-in for international and domestic flights, baggage claim areas for international and domestic flights, medical center, VIP; 2nd floor—passport control for departing passengers and the arrivals area with passport control; 3rd floor—departure area for international and domestic flights, duty-free shops, and cafes. The train station is directly connected—passengers disembark from the train directly onto the domestic flight check-in level.
