Urban spaces filled with lush vegetation unite the district into a cohesive territory with diverse landscapes. A green waterfront promenade frames the residential architecture and creates a route through private and semi-private open urban spaces.

Social interaction is enhanced thanks to the "green framework"—a multifunctional public zone connecting the eastern residential quarters to the embankment through a system of green corridors and boulevards.

The blocks create a configuration that enables varied daily walks, forming unique plazas and open spaces for each section. Thanks to this layout, from any point along the pedestrian and transit corridors, the river becomes the focal point.

Characteristic vertical dominants create a sense of place and serve as navigational landmarks, while also forming symbolic gateways along the main green corridor. The towers capture the river panorama in its entirety.
The gradual variation in height and volume creates a stepped, cascading form, enabling over 85% of residents to enjoy private views of the river and the surrounding landscape, which establishes the building's character. The tiered structure also preserves sightlines for the earlier phases.

Human-scale blocks feature a quiet enclosed frontage, a comfortable courtyard, and commercial zones along the street axis. For site permeability, pedestrian access is organized from two sides, with a driveway to the parking, and two routes: one to the metro and waterfront, and a pedestrian boulevard leading to the park.

The materials and colors of the mid-rise blocks create a tactile environment for people. Lightweight and airy metal facades define the city's silhouette at the urban scale.
The colors of the mid-rise blocks form a smooth gradient of shades from one quarter to the next, further distinguished by varying materials. The base of the towers' bay windows is tinted in the quarter's colors, adding a nuanced uniqueness to each tower and creating a dialogue between the volumes.
Brick facades create a tactile, almost tangible environment for people, while lightweight, airy metal structures form the building's expressive silhouette at the scale of the entire city.
