Facades
The facade concept pays homage to the industrial style: metal elements, glass curtain walls, and straight geometric forms create a crisp, expressive silhouette. Despite its "factory" aesthetic, the building retains a sense of lightness thanks to bright glass openings that fill the interior spaces with air and light.
Mixed-use space
The Creativity Factory offers multifunctional zones that adapt to any needs: from dance classes and sports events to culinary workshops and cultural gatherings.
The flexibility of the layout allows the space to be easily transformed for new purposes, supporting a dynamic flow of people and events.
The three-level structure combines a restaurant on the ground floor, a terrace on the second, and a coworking space on the third, creating a connecting link between different functions. These zones are accessible via a central vertical axis, providing easy access to all levels.
Interiors
The event hall with a balcony and retractable bleachers provides flexibility for a variety of events. Its structural features, such as the sawtooth roof, allow for excellent natural lighting and a dynamic atmosphere for any occasion.
Together with the clinic and apartments, which are housed in a separate block with its own entrance, the project creates a space that addresses not only professional but also personal needs. These spaces are designed to become a source of energy and inspiration for everyone who works, rests, and develops ideas within them.
