Concept
The first stage involved developing a functional layout ensuring optimal logistics: minimal distances between admission, surgical, and other departments, full regulatory compliance. The floor plan eliminates cross-contamination of clean and dirty flows. Further work focused on shaping an architectural identity that counteracts the sense of a massive megastructure.
The building is divided into distinct visual volumes, while the facade typology breaks rigid rhythms yet maintains required insolation parameters. Accent-colored panels add expressiveness and dynamism, creating an atmosphere that departs from the traditional hospital setting.

Site landscaping concept
The site is divided into public and private zones. Enclosed courtyards on the podium are accessible to patients with restricted mobility, allowing them outdoor time without crossing other building blocks. The first level offers quiet themed areas, safe playgrounds, and rest zones, while the second features landscaped terraces for walks and recovery.
