Design concept

Our task was to develop a universal office design that would become unique through the tenant company's branding. This approach to working with space implies clean solutions and a functional layout with the potential for future adaptation.

When designing a service space, it is important to consider the flexibility of planning solutions.

We followed the principle of creating a central fixed core and a grid of ceiling lobbies along the glazing, which allows the open space to be easily converted into a cellular office layout.

The material palette of the space is anchored by veneered panels, gray loop-pile carpet, travertine, and natural tones in the details: olive, gray, and terracotta.

The finishes feature a neutral backdrop that will later be filled with the tenant's brand identity.
