Concept
The site itself dictated our approach: we used the pronounced terrain as a design tool. The complex's podium forms a central plaza — comfortable, event-ready, and naturally shielded from urban noise thanks to the terrain's depression.
Working with space
All elements come together as a cohesive organism through the podium and a system of skywalks. They distribute flows, unify functions, and create a modern urban focal point.
Facade concept
The architecture works with the contrast between nature and the city. The fluid lines of the podium reference the landscapes of Perm Krai, while the upper volumes assemble into a more rigorous composition. This creates an image of transition from the force of natural terrain to the structured urban fabric.
The dominant feature of the complex is the office tower. Its airy plasticity emphasizes the cluster's technological function and gently integrates the silhouette into the cityscape. The hotel greets guests first and connects the complex's technological functions with the surrounding urban environment.
Night scenario
A special role is given to the technopark. It is an immersive space for development and testing. During the day, the transparent facade reveals the life of its inner world laboratories, multicolored spaces, and production halls. At night, the volume transforms into a media stage thanks to lighting and facade panels with photovoltaics.
