Concept
The site itself dictated our approach: we used the pronounced terrain as a design tool. The complex's podium forms a central plaza — comfortable, event-ready, and naturally shielded from urban noise thanks to the terrain's depression.
The architecture works with the contrast between nature and the city. The podium's flowing lines reference the landscapes of the Perm region, while the upper volumes assemble into a more rigorous composition. This creates an image of transition from the power of natural terrain to structured urban fabric.
The dominant feature of the complex is the office tower. Its airy plasticity emphasizes the cluster's technological function and gently integrates the silhouette into the cityscape. The hotel greets guests first and connects the complex's technological functions with the surrounding urban environment.
A distinct role is reserved for the technopark — an immersive space for development and testing. By day, the translucent facade reveals the life within: laboratories, multi-story spaces, and production halls. At night, the volume transforms into a media stage through lighting and facade panels with photovoltaics.
All elements come together as a cohesive organism through the podium and a system of skywalks. They distribute flows, unify functions, and create a modern urban focal point.
