The mixed-use residential complex in Tushino offers a range of amenities catering to every resident group. Additionally, the complex features a yoga studio, a massage therapy room, and a squash court.

The site of the mixed-use residential complex is located on the prime riverfront of the Moskva River, offering stunning views of the river and Stroginsky Bay. It was this specific location and urban context that formed the foundation of the design concept for the mixed-use complex in Tushino.
Buildings of varying heights ensure maximum river visibility, shaping the development so that not only the primary front but also the side elevations face the Moskva River, emphasizing the complex's unique residential architecture.
