About the Project
The site's location in an area characterized by chaotic development and a poorly developed pedestrian network presented an opportunity to create a new architectural ensemble distinguished by the clarity of its scale and the expressiveness of its form. The complex's spatial organization balances private and public realms: a commercial front with an arcade along the facade, a public axis within, and private entrances to the residential blocks.
Special attention was given to the courtyard structure—it is organized without through traffic, with diverse scenarios ranging from active to meditative, and always taking microclimate and solar orientation into account.

The complex includes not only children's and sports playgrounds but also a teahouse with traditional seating platforms, quiet zones for seniors, fruit trees, walking paths, and shaded seating areas. The scale and silhouette of the complex are shaped by varying-height volumes ranging from 8 to 14 floors. The complex comprises 708 apartments.

The facades are designed with calm, flowing forms, emphasizing materials: clinker tiles in warm tones, aluminum composite panels, decorative metal mesh panels, and stained glass elements.
We designed not just residential buildings, but an environment where connections form—between neighbors, generations, culture, and architecture.
