Chkalov is a hospitality complex showroom that combines several functions: a retail segment, residential apartments, as well as the space to explore contemporary art.
One facet of the crystal reflects the complex's advantageous location—proximity to a transport hub, several metro stations, a creative cluster (ArtPlay, Winzavod), and shopping venues (Atrium Mall).

The showroom design harmoniously fits into the urban landscape, becoming a striking addition worthy of attention from millions of city residents. The angular volume is visible from afar, aided by bright light streaming from the building.

The main facade is made of continuous glass, creating an image of openness and modernity. Light plays a significant role in shaping the building's identity, streaming not only from the glass facade but also from perforated metal panels that clad the protruding facets.
These elements emphasize the complex's urban dynamism, creating a perfect union between Chkalov and the cityscape, reflecting the architecture of public buildings and the showroom's comfortable spaces.
