Concept
We developed the apartment massing, integrating it carefully into the existing landscape. The small-scale buildings, as designed, become an organic extension of the surrounding environment. Green roofs and lush greenery on the apartment facades enhance the connection between the island's nature and the architecture, creating a harmonious coexistence.

About the concept
The Bali villas are carefully integrated into the island's landscape. Compact buildings serve as an organic extension of the environment while providing maximum comfort for guests.
The architectural-landscape design ensures a high degree of apartment privacy through harmonious villa placement on the complex terrain and their offset positioning relative to one another. This not only meets clients' needs but also creates variety in the architectural composition, making the development vibrant and engaging despite a limited number of villa types.
