Project Team Leader, Architectural concepts
She leads a unit of architects, develops design concepts, and oversees their implementation through subsequent project stages. The group's primary specialization is business centers.
The core of her daily work involves organizing processes within the team and steering architectural solutions in the right direction, taking into account the product, urban planning approvals, and aesthetics.
Ekaterina studied at the Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Samara State Technical University, where she is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree. Her path to architecture began in childhood, inspired by unique spaces and a desire to learn how to shape them.
Ekaterina's interest in the profession stems from its multidisciplinary nature: being an architect means being part psychologist, engineer, builder, philosopher, and artist. She is drawn to the opportunity to create something new, to embed meaning, and to design scenarios of human movement.
Ekaterina was shaped by her experience working in complex situations that demanded rapid learning, as well as by her leadership role, where she had to rely on her own vision. Observing spaces and human behavior, along with reading theoretical literature on architecture, also played an important role.
The personal trait that defines Ekaterina as a professional is her commitment to quality and thoughtfulness in everything.
