Ilya Kushnir

He is responsible for creating architectural models for the company's projects submitted for approval to the Chief Architect of Moscow, as well as for producing commercial models.

Although Ilya had been drawing since childhood, his path to architecture did not begin immediately: in 2016, he enrolled at the Educational Complex of Urban Planning "Stolitsa" in Moscow. There he became acquainted with the independent studio and creative laboratory "masterskaya-TAF" and studied under its masters — this marked the beginning of his career in architecture.

In the profession, Ilya is drawn to the sharpness of architectural expression, the contextual nature of design solutions, and the balance between the surrounding environment and contemporary architectural requirements. Ilya places great emphasis on the process and its artistic dimension. He is passionate about video games, motorsport, and camping trips. He participated in the ARCHMOSCOW exhibitions in 2025 and 2026.
