Kristina graduated from an architectural college and then continued her education in construction management. Her interest in the profession began in childhood with drawing — she wanted to become a fashion or interior designer and attended an art school. Ultimately, she found her way to work at the intersection of the rational and the creative.

In her profession, Kristina is inspired by people, art, painting, color, and observing the surrounding environment. She is drawn to work where both structure and processes matter, as well as intuition and a well-trained eye. In visualizations, she is attracted by the opportunity to create a "wow" effect.

Kristina gains her most significant professional experience within her current team, where quality remains the priority and deadlines leave no room for error. She values the opportunity not just to organize the process, but to understand why it works the way it does and how it can be improved, maintaining a balance between clear rules and freedom for ideas.
