Natalia Mutrakova

Joined the bureau in 2017, overseeing planning, strategic company and team development, and design organization. Her career path progressed from project manager to senior project manager, and since 2020 she has served as Executive Director.

«I invest significant effort into team development. I find the balance between client requests and team offerings. The project manager adheres to client agreements while simultaneously advocating for the architect's interests».

At IND, she completed dozens of landmark projects; implemented a project status planning and visualization system; and established the Project Management Department.
