Stanislav Zusik

Stanislav sets the creative direction for the team of architects and helps unique authorial visions pass through the stages of drawings and construction without loss. He combines artistic boldness with precise building regulations.

Stanislav graduated from KSKhU.

In architecture, he is inspired by the opportunity to observe the magic of scale: how an idea first turns into kilometers of drawings, and then takes physical form in concrete, glass, and light. The process itself is mesmerizing: large-scale construction, the rumble of heavy machinery, and how a project comes to life step by step from paper into reality.

Over 20 years of practice, Stanislav has worked on projects of completely different scales: from intimate private luxury cottages, where every millimeter and nuance matters, to enormous shopping complexes and residential districts that reshape city skylines. This contrast has taught him to see the big picture without losing attention to detail, regardless of the volume and complexity of the task.
