Architectural solutions
The Aura Mixed-Use Complex project went through several iterations before we found the optimal combination of functionality, aesthetics, and comfort for future residents and users.
Iteration comparison

In the first iteration, we planned to place 4 buildings on the site.

In the second iteration, the complex comprises 3 towers instead of 4, enabling more efficient land use, improved views and insolation characteristics, and increased courtyard size while maintaining the same GFA and saleable area metrics.

Architecture
The complex's architectural design combines elegance and modernity. The project employs a monolithic frame structure with vertical elements such as columns and shear cores. Special attention is given to cantilevers starting from the 8th floor, giving the building a unique appearance.
They minimize wind impact and emphasize the complex's architectural style. The building frame is constructed using modern technologies, ensuring structural reliability and longevity.

Landscaping
The complex also features thoughtful landscaping. The territory is organized so residents of any age can find places for relaxation and socializing. Through-movement across the site connects adjacent streets, while an active retail frontage frames the residential portion of the complex.
The inner courtyard with extensive greenery becomes a private oasis for residents. Convenient transit zones are provided for pedestrians, with opportunities to rest on benches in the shade or by the dry fountain. All landscaping elements, from greenery to art objects, create a space for harmonious and comfortable living.
