Concept
The complex offers the opportunity to live and build a career in Cyprus's progressive economic environment, while also enjoying recreation and the island's Mediterranean climate. The project includes a residential zone, office space, and a retail area.
A unique housing typology has been developed for each space: courtyard homes with quiet yards for families, urban villas for nature lovers, a tower resembling a vertical garden that conveys the atmosphere of a modern city. The residential complex also includes a gallery building with networking zones. The buildings are connected by a pedestrian promenade.

Environmental solutions
All design solutions comply with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards. Energy-efficient building materials, passive cooling, and renewable energy sources contribute to a significant reduction in energy consumption.
Green roofs, rainwater harvesting systems, and sustainable water resource management are key elements supporting biodiversity and ensuring responsible resource use.

Infrastructure
The complex's transportation solutions promote sustainability: pedestrian pathways and dedicated bicycle lanes. Harmoniously integrated into the urban fabric, the complex combines convenient access to major transport routes with proximity to Limassol port, creating a comfortable space for living and working.
