Design concept

The interiors are built on monumentality, sculptural quality, and tactile depth. Natural materials—limestone-textured porcelain stoneware, warm veneer with accentuated grain, glazed tile—lend expressiveness to every element. The dominant palette of warm brown and terracotta tones references the architectural concept.

Inspired by the industrial heritage of the Ostankino Brewery, we proposed a subtle and contemporary interpretation, bringing the "spirit of the place" into the interior spaces

The main compositional elements are the textured volumes of the reception area and lounge zones. Together with the lightboxes, they create a vertical focal point that references the distinctive silhouettes and scale of industrial structures.

The interior is anchored by a neutral beige textured stone, establishing a warm backdrop for the primary volumes. Chrome metal details introduce a subtle futuristic accent, balancing the stone's warm palette.

The lobby's functional structure is built around different scenarios. The oval reception desk creates an open and welcoming meeting space, while its volume supports an accent terracotta sofa. It is complemented by side tables and power outlets, allowing the area to be used both for waiting and for short-term work.

Sofas integrated into niches are designed for more focused work and meetings. The courier waiting area is located in the depths of the lobby, partially concealed from the main visual scenario. This solution allows for the separation of guest and service flows.

An additional element is the coffee zone with soft seating. It creates an informal focal point for socializing, work meetings, and brief negotiations, expanding the ways the lobby can be used.
