About the project
Opposite the reception, a welcome lounge features a furniture ensemble of sofas and bar seating. The space is equipped with power outlets for laptop use.

Each typical office floor features not only workspaces but also various types of relaxation areas. The cozy atmosphere of imperial express train interiors inspired the design of open spaces and collaborative zones. The lounges and co-working areas are finished in light gray-beige tones with wood and olive-colored accents.

On select floors, the central part of the right wing houses an informal lounge — an open kitchen equipped with coffee machines, water dispensers, and vending machines. The space accommodates both quick bites during the workday and departmental celebrations. During work hours, the area serves as a place for colleague interaction and individual work at the bar counter.
A soft sofa with integrated side tables is perfect for a midday break. Wide, airy circulation zones allow comfortable waiting for an available meeting room.

VIP floor
The area totaled 2,180.4 m²
The task consisted of two parts: to create expressive welcome areas that convey the confidence and forward-thinking approach of the company's leadership, and to create a comfortable environment for the executive team.
