The complex consists of seven buildings of varying heights ranging from 17.8 to 79.9 meters each of which bears its own “flower” name: “Calendula,” “Cosmos,” “Saffron,” “Field Poppy,” and three buildings named “Blue Cornflower.” The buildings of varying heights create a silhouette that opens toward Yauza Park while maintaining a unified facade along Selskokhozyaystvennaya Street.

Each building has its own unique facade color and texture: terracotta-pink brick with arched openings on the first floor, mint-green embossed panels, and white facades with vertical grooves and a decorative crowning cornice. The differences in color and form transform each building into a distinct entity, while maintaining the unity of the entire neighborhood.

The site is divided into five distinct zones the urban front, a private courtyard, a garden, a patio, and a park forming a gradient from dense urban development to the open landscape of Yauza Park. Six types of paving materials were used: concrete tiles, graded gravel, compacted turf, crushed granite, rubber mulch, and rubber surfacing.
