Analysis
The site is located at the intersection of the industrial landscape and the natural environment. Various contexts intertwine here from industrial heritage to everyday urban life. The result is a complex yet cohesive system.

Goal Setting
The creation of a new urban center that integrates living, working, and leisure into a single environment and serves as a model for urban development.

Positioning
The district is being developed as a sustainable, multifunctional urban center that integrates housing, a sports arena, and clusters of high-tech and creative industries within a unified planning framework. At a single point within the urban system, flows of different users and types of activity converge and intersect.
This concentration enhances the area’s long-term sustainability and its role within the city’s structure.
