Villa3 serves as the key public element of the complex. The space is conceived as a community hub, creating conditions for work, education, and creative exchange for residents, entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and visitors.

Layout

The three-level community hub includes open coworking spaces, meeting and collaboration rooms, lounge areas, and a lecture hall. The upper floor extends the program with a lounge and a rooftop terrace overlooking the surrounding forest.

Flexible fabric partitions create more intimate, "stage-like" spaces and allow the interior to be easily transformed for different use scenarios.

Minimalism was chosen as a deliberate design approach that emphasizes the connection between the interior and the natural surroundings. Rather than competing with Dilijan's forests and mountain landscape, the restrained aesthetic allows nature to remain the primary visual focus. A soft beige palette, natural wood, clay tiles, ceramics, and textured concrete form a calm neutral backdrop, while deep blue accents establish rhythm and a clear spatial identity without overwhelming the environment.

Flexibility and multifunctionality lie at the core of the design concept. The layouts are oriented toward constant transformation: open collaborative areas easily adapt for events and lectures, meeting rooms vary in scale, and lounge spaces seamlessly transition from informal work zones to networking areas.

Modular furniture, mobile partitions, and soft textile dividers allow the space to reconfigure for different scenarios throughout the day — from focused individual work to large-scale public events. Particular attention is given to acoustic comfort, especially in open areas. Integrated acoustic solutions and live plants enhance sound quality and microclimate, strengthening the connection between the interior and the surrounding natural landscape.
