Concept
Across 133,600 sq.m are coworking spaces, museum galleries, restaurants, hotels, and more. The cultural center will become a hub for creativity and innovation, fostering the development of cultural and artistic industries in Riyadh, attracting both local and international talent.

The complex's rectangular form is inspired by Saudi Arabia's historical landmarks such as Mecca, while the internal structure replicates the organic grid of ancient cities like Al-Ula, with characteristic inner courtyards.
The complex will feature specialized film production studios and artist residencies. The architectural design includes exhibition spaces and event venues that will serve as a platform for various sociocultural activities: festivals, biennales, concerts, and lectures.
Here artists can find investors for their projects and exhibit their work to introduce art to a broader audience.
