Idea

DSK-500 is a large intermodal center for production and cultural exchange. In Russian culture, factory grounds play a role that extends beyond production, becoming a symbol of urban community. The DSK-500 factory grounds serve as a hub for cultural, artistic, and social gatherings. It is a site of continuous renewal in production processes.

The new location of the technology and public cluster in the Lesobaza district pursues two goals. On the one hand, it aims to create suitable spaces for a more efficient and rational technological production process. On the other hand, it will bring citizens closer to the world of technology, reviving DSK as a public institution in the heart of the city.

Architecture

The DSK-500 architectural concept seeks to merge the industrial landscape with nature, creating a unique space. The building itself will be transformed into a technological sculpture — a long, perforated, light-filled structure housing both manufacturing processes and cultural events.

Interiors

The interior concept focuses on creating spaces that foster creativity and innovation. The building is divided into five functional zones: smart and creative manufacturing, logistics hub, research laboratories, educational spaces, and public areas such as conference centers and cultural venues.

Overall emphasis is placed on ergonomics and spatial flexibility, allowing rooms to be easily reconfigured to meet users' needs.

Landscaping

The project includes the development of park and recreational areas, creating green infrastructure for the district. The site features two parks: a sports park along the south facade and a public park along the north, as well as open courtyards and covered boulevards for walks and leisure.

These zones are integrated with manufacturing and logistics blocks, creating a vibrant atmosphere that encourages interaction among the site's diverse functions.
