Concept
Walking routes follow the natural slopes according to the principles of terrenkur (therapeutic terrain walking), while children's playgrounds are placed at different elevation levels.
The height differences are preserved and used to create slides and suspended climbing nets.

We aimed to preserve the natural topography and environment of Sakhalin Island to the greatest extent possible.
Materials and landscaping elements reference the local context: pathways are paved with slabs of rock from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, emphasizing the project's connection to the geographical and cultural identity of the place.
The symbol of our complex will be the lily – an image of purity and rebirth. Its graceful forms and delicate shades inspire, while its fragility reminds us of the importance of inner balance.

The unique natural surroundings, including nearby protected plant species listed in the Red Data Book, are integrated into the landscaping concept and become part of the project's visual identity and branding. Greenery permeates the entire territory and becomes an integral part of it.
