Context
The site is located within the Gorny Vozdukh ski resort, which has hosted championships and trained Olympians. Additionally, the island has a strong historical influence of Japanese culture. In this project, modernity and tradition merge, complementing each other.
Facade
The facade solution embodies modern architecture: vertical wooden battens form a "veil" that changes the facade pattern depending on the viewing angle. Tradition is represented in the choice of materials, particularly charred wood — a treatment method used in Japan since the 18th century.
The Mountain Village ski resort project incorporates unique hotel interior design elements, creating comfort and style for guests.
