The building volume is divided into three parts, each with an angular geometry in plan. Slight shifts in the direction of the glass planes create variations in the reflection of light and surroundings. Depending on the lighting, the facade changes character while maintaining the integrity of the composition.

The facade system is based on vertical pylons with a triangular cross-section. The elements are arranged in a staggered pattern, with their width and rotation angle varying along the facade. This creates a horizontal gradient that emphasizes the building's articulation and establishes a shifting rhythm of verticals.

The ground floor facing the main pedestrian flow features panoramic glazing. The transparent facade visually connects the interior spaces with the street. This level accommodates an entrance lobby, a retail space, and a food service establishment.
