The dynamism of Lamoda's interior is captivating: every office detail serves as a reminder of the fascinating and rapidly evolving industry the company operates in. The metaphor for fashion's changeability is the use of dichroic film, which shifts color tones depending on the viewing angle.
The interior tells the rich story of fashion history: without disrupting the overall aesthetic, meeting rooms reference different eras through the use of specific materials and striking photographs—the company conducted a special photo shoot for the new office design.
Material
One of the interior's key materials is mirror: an essential element in the fashion industry, and in the mirrors employees see their own reflection. This serves as a reminder that today's fashion is something to which they devote tremendous personal effort.
The space is permeated with quotes about fashion, shopping, and lifestyle. Quotes appear in unexpected places—on linear light fixtures custom-made for the project, on the floor in permanent paint, and beneath the ceiling as three-dimensional letters.
The office features several informal common areas for a quick recharge—play foosball, grab a snack, or chat with colleagues. Meetings can be held in dedicated rooms or niches, while individual booths ensure your phone conversations take place in complete quiet.
