In creating the new office, we aimed not only to transform the interiors but also to facilitate a shift in work organization, helping to improve and simplify workplace interactions between company employees, making them as comfortable and efficient as possible.
The new modern office offers high spatial flexibility, informal communication zones, and numerous meeting and negotiation areas, including in spaces not traditionally designed for this purpose, such as corridors.

The new design completely restructured the office, transforming the private-office system into open plan. The office occupies a space with a complex layout, so instead of one large open-plan area, there are several.
In addition to workspaces and informal communication zones, the office features rooms for individual work, cloakrooms, and storage areas. The office includes a conference hall and coffee points, while phone booths provide a quiet environment for important calls requiring maximum concentration.

The interior design reflects the company's innovativeness, its environmental commitment, and is based on the corporate identity. Sophisticated lighting solutions and interactive information walls create the atmosphere of an innovative company. Recessed luminaires in open-plan zones feature square lens optics for maximum efficiency and glare protection, producing comfortable directed light.
Common areas use diffused-light fixtures to create softer, more natural illumination. Executive offices feature luminaires with the highest color rendering index, with the light source recessed to create a dark-light effect. Carefully designed biophilic elements—suspended planters and green walls—create the image of an eco-friendly space.

Color accents are drawn from SIBUR's corporate identity. Against a neutral monochrome background, rich teal elements stand out vividly—primarily floor coverings, furniture, and select interior pieces.
