Concept
The client's brief immediately captured our interest: to design an office of the future. Naturally, visions of the future are deeply personal, but the aspiration to reflect it in the workspace for Russia's leading IT company is understandable and justified. Moreover, the design brief arrived at a challenging time: the height of remote work, whose advantages employees had embraced so fully that they were reluctant to return to the office, which had an impact on workflows.
We therefore faced a challenging task: to create a space with a futuristic atmosphere, stimulating for employees, and compelling enough to make them willing to leave the comfort of home.

We decided to run an experiment: to "test" new work formats and settings within a small section of the existing office, subsequently analyzing the demand for each zone, the emotional response, and employee engagement levels, in order to later scale the most successful ones. Such an approach and opportunity is rarely offered by clients, which made this project especially valuable and engaging for us.
The space unfolds around an atrium, with open meeting areas, soft-furnished lounges, and a game room along two sides. Along the third, a bar-height countertop for remote work and built-in sofas with mobile tables. The atrium is separated from enclosed meeting rooms by freestanding, self-supporting buffer volumes: rectangular blocks of mini meeting rooms and focus work rooms that don't reach the ceiling slab.
This approach was important for humanizing the scale and providing zone variety within the space. The office's central element is a semi-enclosed two-tier oval podium: a space for individual work and group presentations, with multiple lighting modes allowing easy functional transitions.

The overall color scheme is built on a whitewashed space against which the brand's blue stands out vividly, balanced by warm orange tones. Ceilings throughout the zone are predominantly open with white-painted utilities, which allows active zones to be highlighted using oval suspended acoustic elements.
The floors feature gray vinyl with concrete texture, combined with multi-level gray carpet in the meeting and podium zones. Contrasting black light fixtures and profiles convey a sense of technological sophistication and forward momentum.
