The new building's form emerged from the intersection of diverse wind currents sweeping across the steppe. This architectural image became a symbol of the interweaving of different cultures and people, united in one place.

The airport architecture focuses on functionality and aesthetics, combining a modern, lightweight style with industrial elements. The central space with its large atrium and flowing roof reflects the concepts of movement and lightness, creating a connection between people, nature, and aviation. The project emphasizes the importance of both the passenger and cargo terminals, the latter having significant economic value for the region. Separating the cargo terminal from the passenger one frees up space and creates a vast atrium where aircraft on the airfield are visible from the very entrance.

The airport site master plan features a well-organized division of functional zones. The central area is occupied by a spacious plaza with transit hubs, surrounded by the terminal building and other infrastructure. Passenger parking is located near the terminal for easy access and shorter walking distances. The surrounding grounds will be landscaped with a sustainable approach: the project uses steppe vegetation and natural materials.
