Master Plan

Analysis

The area is valuable for two resources: stable wildlife habitats and its natural landscape. The terrain, with its slopes, ravines, and water bodies, forms the natural boundaries of these habitats. The plan preserves them and locates facilities in such a way as not to disrupt the ecosystem.

A land-use balance of 65 to 35 in favor of the nature park ensures a variety of recreational opportunities and the sustainable development of the area.

Goal Setting

The creation of a nature park that preserves the ecosystem while remaining open to the public, becoming the main natural attraction of the Lipetsk Region.

Positioning

The park is designed as a protected area that integrates three levels of human engagement—participation, exploration, and observation—into a unified structure. Different visitors and ways of interacting with nature come together in a single environment, and the role of the visitor changes from zone to zone. In this way, the park balances human accessibility with the conservation of wildlife.
