Design Concept
In the RD Group office design, these themes are reflected as follows: City—finishing materials traditionally used on building facades are harmoniously integrated into the office interior: metal panels and fiber-reinforced concrete.
Glass allows visitors and employees to feel as though they are at the heart of a metropolis inside the office. These elements also vividly illustrate the company's work, which includes dozens of large-scale urban projects.
Future—a clean, laconic interior with swift lines and volumes, bright color accents against a restrained palette illustrate that the future is being built here with focus and purpose. Contemporary office styling emphasizing stylish, comfortable workspaces supports the overall design.
A column with a media screen in the reception area allows the company to showcase its projects to clients, including upcoming developments. The placement of a meeting room adjacent to the reception reinforces the image of a modern, dynamic company.
A fully glazed volume opens a panoramic city view, separated from the reception by a teal glass wall—the accent color in the company's logo.
Innovation is represented by the luminaires with invisible light sources, polymer self-leveling floors, smart glass for meeting rooms that changes its optical properties based on privacy requirements, becoming more opaque or fully transparent.
Wireless device connectivity to monitors—technologies at the intersection of future and present, of innovation and proven utility—are reflected in the company's office interior project.
