The architectural solution for "Volzhskie Terras" features dynamic volumes with an emphasis on varied skyline heights, creating unique viewpoint apartments with panoramic views of the Volga. The building facades are executed in natural tones, reflecting a harmonious blend with the surrounding nature. The block plans are organized to highlight river panoramas while providing each house with maximum privacy and seclusion.

The cluster's character is drawn from the colour of the local clay — terracotta, dusty rose, pale sand — found in the geological surveys of the Krasnoглininsky District.

The facades are conceived to feel weightless — the lightness of mist over Koptyov Ravine. Pale fibre concrete panels and full-height glazing lift the buildings, while the staggered skyline with its vertical accents reads from the river as a single composed form.
