About project

The project presents a modern business complex that will become a significant addition to Moscow's architectural landscape. The business center is located in the Presnensky district, in close proximity to Belorusskaya metro station and Belorussky railway station.

The business center design is inspired by avant-garde art and employs simple, clear forms with sharp edges, creating a dynamic composition. The building facade features structural glazing and aluminum panels, giving the property a modern and refined appearance. The project focuses not only on aesthetics but also on functionality, ensuring comfortable conditions for work and business meetings.

Objectives

During the project development, several key objectives were established that needed to be addressed to ensure the complex's successful implementation and long-term relevance:

  1. Space adaptability. We designed spaces that can be adapted to various needs: from large office blocks to smaller rentable units suitable for startups and small businesses.

  2. High energy efficiency and sustainability. Smart energy management systems and sustainable materials were employed to significantly reduce operational costs and minimize environmental impact.

  1. Environmental integration. The project was developed with careful consideration of the site context, enabling the seamless integration of buildings into the existing infrastructure while ensuring a high level of comfort and convenience for all users.

  2. Quality landscaping. The project includes comprehensive infrastructure for user convenience, featuring recreational zones, pedestrian routes, and dedicated areas for public events.

Architectural concept

The architectural concept for the office complex focuses on creating a modern and functional space that meets high standards of design and operation. The complex comprises several buildings interconnected to form a unified ensemble, while preserving open spaces and maximizing natural insolation.

The building is designed to be easily adaptable to the changing needs of tenants. Spacious lobbies and recreational zones, along with ventilation shafts and open-plan areas, create a comfortable environment for work and relaxation. Meanwhile, open terraces and panoramic windows ensure abundant natural light and offer views of the city.
