Alexander Alyaev

At IND, leads a creative team of architects specializing in technology parks, light industrial facilities, creative innovation clusters, and spaces. Author of concepts for DSK500 technology park (Tyumen), GUSTAV and Perovo (Moscow), co-author of the largest private technology park project in Nizhny Novgorod, and international projects of this typology.

Winner of the 2024 Moscow Architecture Prize (for GUSTAV technology park). Winner of Arch Moscow 2025 in the Best Exhibition in Architecture Category. Gold prize winner of the Second Youth Architecture Biennale in Kazan, 2019-2020. Finalist of ARCHIWOOD 2020 competition. Laureate of ProMoArchDes—portfolio competition by Project Baltia magazine and the French Institute (2019). Silver prize winner of Regenerating Jazzi Competition for development of Cilento Salerno National Park territory, Italy.

Alongside design practice, lecturer at the Information Technologies Department of MArchI, leads a design studio in the graduate program at MARCH Architectural School, workshop curator, guest lecturer at Geneva University of Art and Design.

Regular speaker at forums including Russian Creative Week, BRICS Municipal Summit, Arch Moscow, Moscow Urban Forum, and others.
