About project:
The basis of the composition of STONE Dmitrovskaya business center is a tower with a clean geometry and dynamic facade. The lower levels of the building with a spacious lobby and panoramic glazing create the effect of openness and integration of the object with the urban environment. The complex includes two volumes – a 23-storey office tower with two-level underground parking and a shopping gallery. The project has an important city-forming function – it will become a transitional point between modern high-rise residential complexes and low-rise development of Timiryazevsky district.
