Concept
The design concept of the architectural complex is inspired by the culture, traditions, and history of the United Arab Emirates.
The new look of the center imitates the imagery of traditional desert nomad tents—light and airy, yet at the same time providing cool shade.
The complex's retail pavilions evoke the sand dunes of a desert landscape. The tallest among them is an observation deck that rises above the water like a sand hill, offering unique views of the complex.
Facade
The exhibition complex facade presents a contemporary interpretation of these images, resembling digital fabric fluttering in the wind.
The facade's dynamism is achieved through metal tubes, flowing forms, and RGB lighting that adapts to event themes.
Interior
The minimalist interior conveys a sense of luxury without veering into ostentatious opulence, instead imbuing the space with sensuality and comfort.
The atrium serves as a buffer zone a free space with organic volumes, curved lines, and spiraling circulation areas flooded with sunlight.
Hotel concept
The 200-room hotel is one of the complex's key components. The structure consists of staggered floors arranged in a checkerboard pattern, forming atrium spaces with water views.
