Design concept

The architectural concept is inspired by Japan and the architecture of Arctic stations. The imagery of autonomous modules forms the basis of the building's plasticity: residential blocks create a stepped composition with projecting volumes, deep niches, and open spaces.

Architecture

The building consists of two connected volumes united by a common architectural solution. The facades are formed by repeating rectangular modules with rounded corners. Their offset relative to each other creates a complex relief, alternating glazed surfaces, balconies, and recesses.

The light color palette is complemented by yellow and green accents that highlight individual facade elements and make the composition more expressive.

Functional organization

The project includes 213 residential units of three types: studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The layout solutions are designed to accommodate various living formats within a single complex. The upper level features open public spaces with a swimming pool and lounge areas. Two underground levels are allocated for parking and technical facilities.
