The central core is grouped by four volumes of meeting rooms, intersecting to form a landscaped patio— the project's signature garden. It serves as a focal point.

The main spaces on the floor are grouped into two volumes. Auxiliary spaces are isolated and located along the perimeter. Consequently, the entire floor area serves as an exhibition hall.

Upon entering the reception area, visitor flows diverge. Turnstiles separate both the exhibition hall and the VIP zone, eliminating the possibility of random visitors. The exhibition area features a loop layout, requiring visitors to traverse the entire space before exiting.

The reception area, elevator lobby, and bar are grouped into a single welcome zone volume, clad in mirrors to create a wow-effect upon entry. Wherever the design cuts into this volume, the spaces are finished in corporate yellow. The exhibition zone is in full view from the entrance.
We sought to achieve a museum-quality layout: by layering different transparent materials, visitors become intrigued and are drawn to examine all exhibits. The display modules are made of frosted glass with integrated backlighting, creating a floating illusion.

The negotiation rooms are arranged to provide views of the central "green garden." They are equipped with custom-made tables featuring integrated compartments for press kits, pencils, and business cards.
