Design concept
The project is based on the idea of an urban manufactory — a complex of buildings of varying scales united by a shared system of public spaces. The existing development is integrated into the new architectural composition, preserving the site's connection to its past.
The central axis is a pedestrian promenade connecting Komsomolskaya Street with the surrounding parkland. Along it are event spaces, seating areas, and venues for urban activities. The variety of building volumes and open spaces creates an environment designed for everyday use.

Architecture
The architectural appearance of the complex references industrial structures. Metal facades, accent pipes, exterior staircases, and the expressive geometry of volumes develop the image of a contemporary urban manufactory. At the same time, each building acquires its own character while maintaining a connection to the overall composition.
The finishing uses smooth steel sheets, profiled metal, and perforated panels. These are complemented by curtain wall glazing and metal louvers. The combination of different textures emphasizes the industrial character of the complex.

Landscaping
The landscaping continues the idea of a gradual transition from city to park. The system of open spaces includes an entrance plaza, a fairground promenade, an event square, food hall terraces, and a quiet inner courtyard.
Different areas of the site have their own designated scenarios: strolling, relaxation, an outdoor cinema, performances, pop-up retail, and children's play. The placement of buildings creates several interconnected pedestrian routes that draw visitors into the heart of the complex.
