Concept

The office features a modern combined layout that blends open-space elements with dedicated work zones for functional departments. The existing floor layout set the design direction—an elongated narrow floor plan with a corridor scheme that is not the most efficient.

We created a network of enclosed volumes scattered with offsets across the floor's central area, with open workspace arranged around them and along the panoramic glazing. This solution eliminated the long corridor.

The building has low ceilings, and to make the space more comfortable, the ceilings are left exposed with all utilities and the slab painted in a rich graphite shade, emphasizing the office's stylish interior design. In private offices and meeting rooms, suspended slatted ceilings match the wall tones, creating refined workspaces.

Two reception areas—the central one and the one in the top management sector—feature a different design: wood-textured wall panels evoke winemaking, while grey stone floor materials add sophistication and comfort.
