Design concept
The landscaping project envisions the comprehensive creation of a comfortable and environmentally oriented space, conditionally divided into three zones: the waterfront, the area adjacent to the community center, and the buffer zone.
The coastal area retains its natural character and is complemented by elevated wooden walkways with platforms and children's play areas.
Waterfront areas are equipped with a multi-level amphitheater bench and lounge chairs, creating conditions for leisurely relaxation. Where the stream widens, decorative riparian plantings are planned, along with an educational play route over stones among the plants, fostering an interest in nature.
The design places an amphitheater in the front-facing zone, serving as an architectural focal point that organically extends the building's composition. It provides a space for cultural events and community gatherings.
The buffer zone along the road is enriched with diverse landscaping that creates a visual and acoustic barrier separating the building from traffic flow, while also forming a network of walking paths for visitors.
